CM Yogi handed over house keys to 76 beneficiaries.

Uttar pradesh: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath has handed over the keys of flats built in Lukarganj to 76 beneficiaries on Friday, before handing over the keys to the beneficiaries, CM Yogi inspected the flats and interacted with the beneficiaries.

CM Yogi told the beneficiaries that you will not sell your house, keep it clean and live here together. These flats have been built on the land freed from the possession of mafia Atiq Ahamad. Yogi govt has prepared those 76 houses under Pradhan Mantri Urban Housing Scheme.

About 15,000 square feet of land was freed from the possession of Atiq in Lukarganj Prayagraj in September 2020, these houses have been built in a four-storey tower. According to the information, the cost of these prepared flats has been fixed at Rs 7.5 lakh. the beneficiary will have to pay only three and a half lakh rupees, the remaining amount will be given to the beneficiary in the form of subsidy from the government.

For these flats 6030 had applied, out of these 1600 applicants were found eligible after shortlisting and selected through a lottery system, a flat has been prepared in 300 square feet.

Prayagraj Development Authority has prepared these flats in a very short time of 18 months. CM Yogi Adityanath will give a gift of Rs 768 crore to Prayagraj. CM Yogi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of a total of 24 roads of the Public Works Department, total cost is Rs 1037.12 crore. CM will inaugurate the foundation stone of 13 roads in Pratappur and two in Phulpur and one road in Handia, three in Soraon, four in Pratappur and one in Phulpur.
