Short stories and poetry recited on the occasion of Hindi week.
Chamoli: Short story and poetry recitation was organized by the B.Ed department in Hindi week as a co-curricular activity at P.G College Gopeshwar on Wednesday. The program was conducted by Dr. Vidhi Dhyani.
The outline of the program was explained by program co-coordinator Dr. Chandresh Jogila, after that the B.Ed trainee Poonam with her poem Old Time memory, Kuldeep with his poem Nasha Choo Tobacco Chho, Akash with his short story Rishton Ki Age, Vivek’s College Life by Pankaj, Poem Ek Baar Dekh Loon by Pradeep, Story of a Courageous Child by Gangotri, by Amit. Poem Development or Destruction of Environment, Story Importance of Time by Priyanka, Poem Attack on Emotions by Alka, Story Honesty by Manoj, Poem Me, My Childhood and My College Life by Archana, Story Blinds and Lanterns by Amardeyi, Poem My One by Mansi The dream was presented.
Dr. Digpal Kandari critically analyzed the stories and poems presented by the students in very simple and concise words.
In this competition, Archana stood first, Mansi stood second and Manoj stood third.
The winning participants were awarded by Principal Prof. K.S. Negi.
Head of Department Prof. Importance of Hindi language and future possibilities of Hindi were explained by Amit Kumar Jaiswal. In the end, the objective of organizing the program was explained by the coordinator of the program, Dr. Kuldeep Negi.
