Closing date of Gangotri Temple has decided.

Uttarkashi: The date and time of closing of the doors of Gangotri Temple, was fixed on the first day of Shardiya Navratri. The doors of Gangotri Dham will be closed for the winter season on 14th November on the holy festival of Annakoot at 11.45 am. Mother Ganga will be worshiped in the Ganga temple located in Mukhba for six months of winter. The doors of Yamunotri Dham will be closed on 15th November, the time of which will be decided on the day of Vijayadashami festival.
