A street play organised on ill effects of social media at P.G. College.

Chamoli: The students of Government Post Graduate College, Gopeshwar performed a street play on Friday. The play was staged on the topic of social media as a growing problem at Gopeshwar bus stand by the students of Sridevsuman House of the self-funded B.Ed department.

In the play, a small child uses mobile phone instead of paying attention to studies and takes interest in social media. The play mainly displayed the ill effects of social media like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google etc. Through Nukkad Natak, B.Ed instructors highlighted the positive and negative aspects of social media among the society and it was resolved that we will not be subservient to social media and will use it only to the extent that it is useful for us and all of us should do so within limits. It should be used.

The main characters of the play were Pavnesh Rawat, Priyanka Tamta, Priyanka, Rachna, Sangeeta, Pinky, Ritu, Sapna Gusai, Sapna Lohani etc.
