Above one hundred years age, 20 people will cast vote in the district.

Chamoli: In the parliamentary election, twenty people completed hundred years age will vote, in the district, nine voters in Tharali assembly, eight voters in Karnaprayag and three voters are in Badrinath.

In Chamoli district, there are total 2,99,777 voters registered in Badrinath, Karnaprayag and Tharali assemblies of Chamoli district for the voting to be held on April 19 for the Lok Sabha General Election 2024. In this election 20 voters who have completed 100 years of age are also included in the district. Karnaprayag assembly of Chamoli has the highest number of voters who have completed 100 years.

According to the District Election Office, currently 2 lakh 99 thousand seven hundred 77 voters are registered in all three assemblies of the district. Which includes 1 lakh 52 thousand 866 men, 1 lakh 46 thousand 910 women and 2 third gender. Along with this, there are 10 thousand 372 service voters. During the revision program this year, 6 thousand 335 voters of the age group of 18-19 have been registered in Chamoli. There are 3 thousand 167 Divyangs and 2 thousand 282 voters above 85 years of age in the district. The highest number of 1 thousand 136 Divyang voters are registered in Tharali Assembly.
