A five-day workshop has started at Post Graduate College Gopeshwar.

Chamoli: Five day workshop is being organized from Monday the subject of importance of art and drama in education under the joint aegis of B.Ed. Department and Azim Premji Foundation at P.G.College Gopeshwar.

Principle prof. Kuldeep Negi, naugurating the workshop, said that such workshops play an important role in the development of professional capabilities.

Special guest, famous theatre artist Vijay Vashisht said that through the workshop, students learn to accept diverse viewpoints, negotiate results, resolve conflicts and take responsibility.

B.Ed. Department Head Prof. Swati Negi said that such events lead to social and emotional development of the trainees and students also learn how to give proper procedure in different scenarios.
