Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami has inaugurated the three-day “Nanda Devi Lokjat Fair.

Chamoli: Pushkar Singh Dhami, chief minister of Uttarakhand has reached at Village Kurud in Chamoli on Wednesday and inaugurated the three-day Nanda Devi Lokjat Fair(a local fair of Goddess Nanda Devi held every year). On this occasion, he visited Maa Nanda and offered prayers and wished for the happiness and prosperity of the state.

During his visit at the village fair, the Chief Minister also made various announcements, his announcement includes construction of playgrounds in black Nandanagar, Narayanbagh and Dewal, security work on both banks of Pranamati river, flood protection work in Dhadarbagh of Tharali. Along with this, the Chief Minister also announced to declare Nanda Devi Lokjat Fair as a state fair, to upgrade Nandanagar Hospital to Sub District Hospital.
