Counting of votes for the civic elections, 35 tables will be set up in Chamoli.

Chamoli: For the successful conduct of the civic general elections in district Chamoli, the second randomization of counting personnel have been completed on Tuesday under the chairmanship of District Magistrate/District Election Officer (Local) Sandeep Tiwari and in the presence of general observers.

To Counting of votes for civic elections in the district, will be held on January 25 at Government Girls Inter College Gopeshwar. There will be one counting supervisor and three counting assistants at each table, and 46 counting teams including reserve have been formed for counting of votes.

There will be 35 tables set up for counting of votes of all 10 civic areas of the district. 06 tables will be set up for counting of votes of Nagar Palika Gopeshwar, 05 for Jyotirmath, 4 each for Karnaprayag, Gauchar, Pokhri, Gairsain and 2 each for Pipalkothi, Nandanagar, Tharali and Nandprayag. The counting personnel will be given second training on January 24.

जनपद चमोली में निकाय चुनाव की मतगणना के लिए 35 टेबल लगाए जायेंगे। जनपद के सभी 10 नजर निकाय क्षेत्रों के नगर निकाय सामान्य निर्वाचन के सफल सम्पादनार्थ हेतु मंगलवार को जिलाधिकारी/जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी संदीप तिवारी की अध्यक्षता और सामान्य प्रेक्षकों की उपस्थिति में मतगणना कार्मिकों का दूसरा रेंडमाइजेशन किया गया। जनपद में निकाय चुनाव की मतगणना 25 जनवरी को राजकीय बालिका इंटर कॉलेज गोपेश्वर में होगी। प्रत्येक टेबल पर एक मतगणना सुपरवाइजर तथा तीन मतगणना सहायक रहेंगे। मतगणना के लिए रिजर्व सहित 46 मतगणना टीम बनाई गई है।
