All the work running under the Jal Jeevan Mission must be completed soon-DM.

Chamoli: The work progress of Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, a review meeting has chaired by district magistrate, Sandeep Tiwari on Wednesday. The discussions were held on physical verification of Jal Jeevan Mission schemes, Har Ghar Jal certification, GEO tagging of water sources.

District Magistrate directed Jal Sansthan and Jal Nigam to speed up the completion of the schemes approved in Jal Jeevan Mission. And ordered to the Forest Department to complete the process of forest land transfer of Kimana, Kanalguth, Dumak Devrakhadora and Bhulkan drinking water scheme in 15 days. Along with completing the ATR of the remaining schemes in one week, he also directed Jal Nigam Gopeshwar and Jal Sansthan Karnaprayag to bring progress in ATR.

    Nodal of Jal Jeevan Mission Sushil Saini said that 820 ATRs have been submitted in One scheme as against section 822. In Har Ghar Jal certification, 536 villages have become Har Ghar Jal certified as against 1113. Geo tagging of 980 water sources has been done in the district so far.

चमोली: जिलाधिकारी संदीप तिवारी ने बुधवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जल जीवन मिशन के अन्तर्गत संचालित कार्यो की प्रगति समीक्षा की। इस दौरान जल जीवन मिशन योजनाओं का भौतिक सत्यापन, हर घर जल सर्टिफिकेशन, जल स्त्रोतों की जियो टैगिंग को लेकर चर्चा की गयी। जिलाधिकारी ने जल संस्थान और जल निगम को जल जीवन मिशन में स्वीकृत योजनाओं को तेजी से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने वन विभाग को 15 दिन में किमाणा, कानलगूठ, डुमक देवरखडोरा व भुलकान पेयजल योजना के वन भूमि हस्तारण की कार्यवाही पूर्ण करने के निर्देेश दिए। उन्होंने पी वन में अवशेष स्कीमों की एटीआर 1 सप्ताह में पूर्ण करने के साथ ही जल निगम गोपेश्वर व जल संस्थान कर्णप्रयाग को एटीआर में प्रगति लाने के निर्देश दिए।
