Two tranceport vehicles collided head-on head, one driver dead.

Dehradun: Around 40km away from capital Dehradun, on Simala crossroad two tranceport vehicle collided, as soon as they collided, both the vehicles caught fire. One driver died after getting burnt in the vehicle.

On receiving the information, the rescue force reached the spot from outpost Kulhal. Thereafter, the fire was controlled through fire brigade.

By the time of reach the force at the spot and checked the vehicles, the driver of one of the vehicles died after getting burnt in the vehicle. The body was immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital Vikas Nagar through 108 ambulance. The vehicle owners were informed about the incident after getting information from the numbers of both the vehicles.

The deceased driver was identified as Pawan Kumar 40 son of Bal Kishan, resident of village Kundiyo Tehsil Pota Sahib District Sirmaur Himachal Pradesh. The driver of the second vehicle, a dumper, has fled from the spot. Information is being collected about the driver.
