BSNL network connectivity setting in the district the meeting has received by DM.

Chamoli: District Magistrate Sandeep Tiwari on Friday reviewed the work being done by BSNL department for expanding communication services in remote areas of district Chamoli.

Related the poor network connectivity in remote areas, he instructed the officials to complete the work expeditiously as per the sentiments of the public and improve network connectivity. He also instructed to co-ordinate with tehsil and departmental officials and immediately resolve pending cases at various levels and cover communication-less areas with network facilities. He instructed BSNL officials to visit Dronagiri site too.

BSNL’s JTO Lokesh Purohit has informed in the meeting that out of 21 sites in Karnaprayag division in the district, 15 sites are operational while work is going on at 06 sites. In Gopeshwar division, 36 out of 45 sites are operational and the remaining 09 are pending.
