C’S of Uttarakhand Anand Vardhan inspected the works of the master plan in Badrinath Dham.

Chamoli:Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand Government Anand Vardhan reached Badrinath on Saturday to inspect the master plan works at Badrinath district Chamoli.

Chief Secretary inspected the works of the master plan going on in Badrinath and gave necessary instructions. During this, he inspected the Arrival Plaza, Civic Amenity Center, Badrish and Shesh Netra Lake, River Front and Hospital. He instructed the implementing agency to complete the works of Civic Amenity Center, Arrival Plaza and Tourism Management Center by May. He instructed the implementing agency to handover the hospital by August and complete the work of F and G Face of River Front soon.

District Magistrate Sandeep Tiwari gave information in detail about the progress of master plan works at Badrinath Dham. District Magistrate said that the work of drinking water, electricity supply and toilets has been completed and also said that under the master plan, the work of Brahmakapal River Front, Astha Path, Arrival Plaza, Darshan Line will be completed by the time the gates open.

The District Magistrate said that the combination of electricity and water connections of business establishments and local people in the Dham has also been started. He told that the toilets have been repaired by Sulabh International in the Dham.

Giving information to the Chief Secretary, DM Chamoli said that the internal routes of the Dham are also being improved rapidly. Environmental friends have been deployed for the arrangement of city cleanliness. Also, the damaged footpaths in the Dham are being improved. The work of which will be completed soon. Necessary arrangements are being made by the police regarding security and traffic system. The Superintendent of Police said that strict security arrangements have been made at the Dham. To deal with any disaster situation, NDRF and SDRF teams have been deployed along with police personnel.
