HC asked for Minister Ganesh Joshi to put his sidy by 23 july.

Dehradun: Uttarakhand High Court Nainital, heard a petition filed against Ganesh Joshi, Cabinet Minister in the Uttarakhand Government, for disproportionate assets including allegations of irregularities and irregularities in horticulture, organic farming, foreign tours and construction of the under-construction military shrine.
The court has asked Minister Ganesh Joshi to present his side by July 23. The petitioner has also been asked to give a counter reply. The court has fixed July 23 as the date for the next hearing of the case. The case was heard before a single bench of Justice Vivek Bharti Sharma before his retirement on Thursday.
According to the case, RTI activist Vikesh Singh, a resident of Dehradun, had filed a petition in the High Court Nainital saying that Ganesh Joshi has misused government funds, when the assembly elections were held in the state in 2022, Ganesh Joshi had marked in his affidavit that his public property is worth Rs 9 crore. The petition also said that the Cabinet Minister has committed irregularities and irregularities in foreign tours regarding organic farming including horticulture sector and construction of the under-construction military shrine.
