Rover Ranger team of P.G College Gopeshwar won the Regional Meet, Anjali Rana got highest Ranger Award.

Gopeshwar : Rover-Ranger team from Government Postgraduate College, Gopeshwar, achieved first place in Uttarakhand, performing exceptionally well in various competitions held as part of the 15th Bharat Scouts and Guides Meet held at Government Postgraduate College, Ramnagar.

At the 15th Bharat Scouts and Guides Uttarakhand Rover-Ranger Meet 2025, held from November 6th to 10th, the Rangers from Government Postgraduate College, Gopeshwar, secured first place in the Ranger category and second place in the Rover category, securing first place in the entire state of Uttarakhand.

Prof. M.P Nagwal, College Principal, congratulated all participants and their leaders, stating that the college’s Rover-Ranger team has performed exceptionally well, as demonstrated at the 15th Regional Meet organized by Bharat Scouts and Guides, Uttarakhand. He expressed his expectation that all participants and leaders should achieve similar success not only in Uttarakhand but also nationally, and encouraged everyone to achieve this.

District Rover Commissioner leader district Chamoli, Dr. Jagmohan Singh Negi (Himalayan Bud Badge) and Ranger Leader Dr. Bhavna Mehra has led rover scout team. Under their guidance, Rover-Ranger participants have succeeded in securing the first position in the state of Uttarakhand by introducing team spirit with best discipline, skillful intellectual skills, efficiency.

In the theatrical competition of Govt P.G Gopeshwar from various competitions by the regional organization, both Rover and Ranger got first place, Rover first in Campagni, Rover and Ranger both got second place in BP 6, Rover and Ranger got second place in B.P. Rover and Ranger got second place in flag manners, Rover and Ranger got third place in tableau, Rover got second place in knot and bandhan, Rover and Ranger got first place in tent construction, Rover and Ranger got second place in construction of bridge and scaffolding, Rover and Ranger got second place. Rover second and Ranger got first place in group song, Rover got first place in color party and ranger got second place, development inappropriate material use rover second and ranger got first place in essay, ranger got second place in essay, rover got first place in general knowledge, and rover in lecture got first place.
