Drug addicts have badly beaten a scooty rider in the market

Dehradun/ Vikasnagar: A young man riding on scooty who was passing through the Vikas Nagar market was beaten badly by some drunk people coming from the other side and after to beating him they ran away from there, the matter reached the market post, Ankit Kansal who reached there said that,  due to the negligence and lack of police, such incidents are increasing in the area, we also hold meetings with the police administration every day, but still such incidents are increasing.
