Strict order to remove encroachment from govt land.

Chamoli: District magistrate Himanshu Khurana has chaired a meeting with all SDM, police and departmental officers, in the meeting discussed about the campaign is being run by distric administration to prevent encroachment in govt and public assets and illegal occupants.

He gave strict instructions to the officials that all the illegal encroachments marked on the government land should be removed as per the rules.

The District Magistrate gave strict instructions that action should be taken to remove the encroachment as per the rules by issuing immediate notices to the illegal encroachers identified on the government land. Expected cooperation can be taken from police and tehsil administration. Regular review of encroachment cases with all SDM departments at Tehsil level. Provide a list of cases that require guidance from the government.
