The government should complete the demands of the farmers otherwise Mahabharata will start- Bhanu

Haridwar: Indian Farmer Union organization have openly stood up against the government.  A three-day national convention is being organized by farmer union Ambavta in Haridwar, in the convention farmers associated with the union are participating from all over the country.  All the demands should be fulfilled otherwise Bhanu’s Mahabharata (agitation)will happen and the government will have to be ousted from power, said Thakur Bhanu Pratap the president of Indian farmer union.

Bhartiya Kisan Union National President Thakur Bhanu Pratap Singh said that we have been demanding the problems of farmers for 40 years, when Congress was in power, that govt also did not accept our demand, then BJP formed the government twice at the center as well in many states too, BJP government was formed because the farmers had given a call, they will not allow the Congress government to be formed. Bhanu said that the farmer commission should be formed, and chairman also should be farmers, and the loans of farmers should be waived, if any farmer dies in the movement, he should get a compensation of one crore, Other organization of farmers are demanding MSP while getting compensation.

On the contrary Thakur Bhanu Pratap Singh said that we are not in favour of MSP but want the cost price and if our demands are not taken care of then now Bhanu’s Mahabharata will happen and the government will have to lose its power
