Green flag to Kalash Rath Yatra under My country my soil program.

Chamoli: Under the Meri Mati Mera Desh program, A grand Amrit Kalash Yatra Rath was sent to the state level from Chamoli district, under the Meri Mati Mera Desh (my my country my soil)on Thursday. Chief Development Officer Dr. LN Mishra flagged off the Kalash Yatra Rath from Vikas Bhawan. Officials from various departments were present on this occasion.

Dr. Lalit Narayan Mishra, the Chief Development Officer Chamoli said that in honor of our brave martyrs, Meri Mati Mera Desh campaign was conducted across the country. Special inscriptions have also been established in all gram panchayats and bodies in the memory of the immortal martyrs. Kalash Yatra has been started for Dehradun today with sacred soil and plants in Kalash from all Gram Panchayats and bodies. From where the Kalash Yatra will be sent to the country’s capital Delhi. Amrit Vatika will be built in the memory of the martyrs in the country’s capital Delhi with sacred soil and plants brought in urns from every corner of the country. This Amrit Vatika will also become a symbol of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat.
