Dr D.S Negi hounerd with literary award 2023.

Chamoli: Dr. Darshan Singh Negi, assist pro of English literature at P.G College Gopeshwar, working for Garhwali mother tongue movement through Garhwali idioms and proverbs, ‘I have been fortunate to be honored with “Literary Award 2023” given by “Uttarakhand Lok Bhasha Sahitya Manch New Delhi, said Dr Negi after getting the award.

Its not only my respect but is also as like you knowledgeable, energetic folks, are the lover of their mother tongue and motherland and encouraged me for our old extinct garhwali provers, Dr Negi said ahead. Dr Darshan Singh Negi is working for extincting garhwali local proverbs through social media and making endeavours to make surive these old garhwali saying with its meaning.
