Displeasure express over less work of water life mission by CDO.
Chamoli: Jal Jeevan Mission(water life mission) work has reviewed by Chief Development Officer Dr. Lalit Narayan Mishra on Wednesday. He instructed to complete the work of the schemes being implemented in the second phase under this mission soon.
The work completed in the first phase should be verified and paid soon, the chief development officer directed, on not completing over less than 93 percent domestic water connection in Gairsain, Pokhri, Narayanbagad and Tharali blocks, he express displeasure and issued tell reason notices to the concerned officials. He directed that taking special care of the quality of Jal Jeevan Mission works, ensure completion of at least 97 percent FHTC work in each block before the next review. The Chief Development Officer said that while establishing coordination with MNREGA and Panchayat Raj, concrete steps should also be taken in the direction of reviving water sources. 100% verification of every household water village should be done in a mission mood. During this, the works conducted under all the divisions were reviewed in depth.
Jal Sansthan’s Superintending Engineer Sushil Kumar Saini informed that under Jal Jeevan Mission, against 77650 domestic water connections, 72823 domestic water connections have been made so far and 93.78 percent FHTC work has been completed. Remaining 4827 domestic connectivity work is in progress. For the restructuring of drinking water schemes and water sources improvement schemes, out of 482 approved estimates costing less than two crores, 481 tenders have been awarded, out of which 395 works are in progress and 86 works have been completed. Out of the 10 approved schemes in schemes ranging from two to five crores, work is in progress after tendering of 9 schemes and work is going on in progress in one scheme of more than five crores. चमोली: मुख्य विकास अधिकारी डा.ललित नारायण मिश्र ने बुधवार को जल जीवन मिशन के तहत संचालित कार्यों की समीक्ष करते हुए सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को द्वितीय चरण में संचालित योजनाओं का कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि प्रथम चरण के जो कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके है उनका सत्यापन कराते हुए शीघ्र भुगतान किया जाए। साथ ही गैरसैंण, पोखरी, नारायणबगड एवं थराली ब्लाक में 93 प्रतिशत से कम घरेलू जल संयोजन होने पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए सीडीओ ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को कारण बताओं नोटिस जारी किया। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि जल जीवन मिशन कार्यों की गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए अगली समीक्षा से पूर्व प्रत्येक ब्लाक में कम से कम 97 प्रतिशत एफएचटीसी का कार्य पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने कहा कि मनरेगा एवं पंचायत राज से समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए जल स्रोतों को पुनर्जीवित करने की दिशा में भी ठोस कदम उठाए जाए। हर घर जल ग्रामों का मिशन मूड में शत प्रतिशत सत्यापन किया जाए। इस दौरान सभी डिवीजनों के अन्तर्गत संचालित कार्यों की गहनता से समीक्षा की गई।
जल संस्थान के अधीक्षण अभियंता सुशील कुमार सैनी ने अवगत कराया कि जल जीवन मिशन के अन्तर्गत में 77650 घरेलू जल संयोजन के सापेक्ष अभी तक 72823 घरेलू जल संयोजन किए जा चुके है और 93.78 प्रतिशत एफएचटीसी का कार्य पूरा कर लिया गया है। अवशेष 4827 घरेलू संयोजन का कार्य प्रगति पर है। पेयजल योजनाओं के पुर्नगठन एवं जल स्रोतों के सुधारीकरण योजनाओं के लिए दो करोड़ से कम लागत की 482 स्वीकृत आंगणन में से 481 के टैडर अवार्ड हो चुके है जिसमें से 395 कार्य प्रगति पर तथा 86 कार्य पूर्ण कर लिए गए है। दो से पांच करोड़ तक की योजनाओं में स्वीकृत 10 योजनाओं में से 9 योजनाओं के टैंडर करने के बाद कार्य प्रगति पर है तथा पांच करोड़ से अधिक की एक योजना में भी कार्य प्रगति पर चल रहा है। जेजेएम के अन्तर्गत आवंटित कुल 1410.43 लाख में से 841.85 लाख व्यय हो चुका है।
