District Magistrate held a review meeting regarding the schemes of various departments

Chamoli: Sandeep Tiwari, District Magistrate of district Chamoli, held a review meeting of Agriculture and Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Reep Dairy Development Department in the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday. In the meeting, the remaining funds in the CLF of self-help groups, integration of district plan, central and state sector schemes, MNREGA and other departmental schemes, distribution of winter plants were discussed.

The District Magistrate has also directed the Agriculture Officer to work on hydroponics method and give training of this technology, work on fodder on the vacant land of the garden in Kothiyalsen as a pilot project, select land for cold storage in the middle of the apple producing area policy Malari Badgaon of the district. He directed the Animal Husbandry Officer to develop a hatchery in Jilasoo block Karanprayag, as well as inspect the Goat Valley developed in Tharali with the Animal Husbandry team and give information through presentation about the work being done under Goat Valley in the district. Also instructed the Fisheries Department to develop a cluster of trout.
