Weather would be stayed cloudy and rainy in the hill state by 17 March-MC Dun.

Dehradun: There is a possibility of light rain in the hilly districts of Uttarakhand today on Friday, a yellow alert has been issued for winds blowing at a speed of 50 to 60 km per hour in Haridwar and Nainital districts including state capital Dehradun. And the weather is expected to remain changed till March 17.

Due to the change in the weather, cold may return to the mountains area again. For the last few days, due to bright sunshine in the plains area of the state, the maximum temperature of the day is being recorded to be three to four degrees above of normal. In the districts situated at the high altitude, might be rainy and snowy and partly cloudy too.

The minimum temperature of the night also increased by four degrees to 16.1 degrees, and the same condition was of all the districts across the state. According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Center Dehradun, there are chances of winds blowing at a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour across the state till March 17.
