Wild Bear attacked a man, reffered higher centre.

Chamoli: Harpal Singh 45, residents of village Bhagoti, block Naranbagad, a bear attacked upon him, other people who had gone with him made noise and hit the bear with a stick, and Bear ran away. After soon, the injured was taken to the hospital. After first aid, he was referred to a higher center for further treatment.

Due to rains recently, the drinking water line of Bhagoti village was destroyed. On Thursday afternoon, Harpal Singh of Bhagoti village went to the source near Jhijhoni village with other villgers to repair the drinking water line. Suddenly a bear attacked Harpal Singh.

Harpal Singh was injured in the attack. Other companions brought him to PHC Narayanbagar. After first aid, the injured was referred to a higher center. In-charge Medical Officer Dr. Naveen Dimri said that in view of the condition of the injured, he has been referred.
