Badrinath highway blocked at Lambagad, Joshimath.

Chamoli: Badrinath national high way once again has blocked at many places, the road completely blocked at Lambagad near Joshimath, due to the previous nights heavy rain, huge debris dumped from Khachada river and long line of vehicles are both side of the block road, waiting for soon opening of the road. The road was block till the news texting.

The police administration has stopped travellers at safe places, the work is on progress to remove the debris from the road. As the Meteorological department issued weather alert in the distric, local administration has appealed to the devotees to least travelling in the rainy season. The police constables have appointed at many place, the travelers are quickly informed and stopped at safe places, although the work of removing the debris, is also going on rapidly in the district the district administration said.
