The newly appointed DM inspected various departments of collectorate.

Chamoli: Sandeep Tiwari, newly appointed District Magistrate of remote district Chamoli, has inspected various desks and departments of the Collectorate on Monday and got acquainted with the shortcomings and got information about their work.

DM Tiwari, has instructed that better cleanliness should be maintained in all the office rooms and premises established in the Collectorate premises, records should be kept organized and safe in the record room and all the desks. He instructed to fix the useless items and electrical lines in the District Supply Office. He expressed displeasure over burning of garbage paper near the election office located in the Collectorate premises and instructed to challan the concerned departments.

He instructed that the entire premises of the Collectorate should be kept clean and tidy. District Magistrate has also inspected the District Magistrate Court Room, OSD Room, Complaint Section Room, Meeting Hall, General Office Section, Additional District Magistrate Room and Court Room, Excise Department including Store Room, Supply Office, Election Office, Information Department, District Emergency Operation Center etc. The District Magistrate also called on the emergency telephone numbers of the Disaster Control Room. During this, he also checked the numbers of DDRF by dialling them in Tehsil Tharali and Chamoli.
