Both father and his son dead in a car accident.
Tehari: District control room of Tehari Garhwal, sent a message to the SDTF team on Thursday that a Car met accident near Anand Chowk in Kumalda area, after that SDRF started rescue operation soon.
Getting, the information of car accident, the SDRF team from Post Sahastradhara under the leadership of Sub Inspector Rajwar Singh Rana immediately left for the spot with necessary rescue equipment.
A car carrying two persons a father and his son, were going from Maldevta to Chamba and near Anand Chowk the car went out of control and met with an accident in a 200 meter deep gorge, and both persons dead in the car on the spot.

जनपद टिहरी– जनपद टिहरी गढ़वाल के कुमाल्डा क्षेत्र के आनंद चौक के समीप गुरुवार को एक कार हुई दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गई जिसकी सूचना जनपद के कंट्रोल रूम से एसडीआरएफ को दी गई जिसके बाद एसडी आर एफ की टीम ने तत्काल रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया।
उक्त सूचना पर पोस्ट सहस्त्रधारा से एसडीआरएफ टीम उप निरीक्षक राजवर सिंह राणा के नेतृत्व में आवश्यक रेस्क्यू उपकरणों के साथ तत्काल घटनास्थल के लिए रवाना हुए।
कार में सवार दोनों पिता-पुत्र मालदेवता से चंबा के लिए जा रहे थे और आनंद चौक के समीप अचानक कार अनियंत्रित होकर 200 मीटर गहरी खाई में दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गई। कार सवार दोनो व्यक्तियों की घटनास्थल पर ही मृत्यु हो गई।
