Do complete e-KYC ration card holders urged by 31 March.

Chamoli: Ankit Pandey, District Supply Officer, Chamoli, has appealed to all ration card holders in the district to complete the e-KYC process for their ration cards in accordance with the Government of India’s Public Distribution System (PDS) directives.
He stated that, as per government directives, 59.27 percent of beneficiaries in the district have completed e-KYC, while 40.73 percent remain. The remaining beneficiaries have been requested to complete their e-KYC by March 31st, 2026.
The beneficiaries can complete their e-KYC by visiting their nearest government ration shop and submitting their e-KYC through biometric verification (fingerprint verification). Failure to complete e-KYC by the stipulated date may result in temporary deactivation of their ration cards too, he further add.
