FIR logged upon block chief Darshan Danu for bullying and demand of money.

Chamoli: Rajesh Kumar Rajak, assistant engineer of Bridge and Roof Company, who is doing bridge construction work on Kheta Manmati Motorway, has filed a complaint in Tharali police station against block chief Deval, Darshan Singh Danu. The case has registered on information of the assistant engineer of the Bridge and Roof Company, and he made many serious allegations against the block chief.

Block chief demanded Rs 1.5 lakh from him for BIP program, when he did not accept his demand, the block chief been to the work site and abused and abused the JCB operator of Kailash Hillways Company, who was doing the construction work. Calling the assistant engineer, he even threatened to stop the work and burn the JCB machine.

An audio regarding this whole matter is also going viral a lot on social media these days, in which money is being demanded on the name of Chief Minister’s program, although on this matter Inspector in-charge Thana Tharali Devendra Rawat said that the audio is under investigation.

After which it will be come out that in the name of which BIP money was demanded from the assistant engineer, along with he told that on the information of the assistant engineer, the police registered a case against Dewal chief Danu under sections 186,353,387, 323, and 504 of the IPC.

Although, in this matter block chief Darshan Danu told that all allegations are false and baseless and the audio clip also fully edited.
