Arts faculty won in badminton competition, organised at P.G College.

Chamoli: A competition of badminton, organized under the annual sports competition at P.G College Gopeshwar. The Arts Faculty secured the first position in the men’s and women’s categories of the competition, while the Science Faculty secured the second position in both the categories.

A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the students during the game, encouraging the players, Principal Prof. Kuldeep Singh Negi has said that active participation in sports along with studies leads to personality development of students. Program coordinator Sports Officer Dr. Lalit Tiwari said that volleyball, athletics and tug of war competitions will be organized in the next phase of the sports festival.
