Pakistan: The release of Imaran Khan has badly shaked to Former PM of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif. He criticized the decision of the court and said that this decision will be recorded in a dark chapter in the history of the country.

The Islamabad High Court has ordered the release of Imran Khan, former Prime Minister of Pakistan and leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, jailed in a corruption case.

Shahbaz wrote on the social media platform X (Twitter) that the Islamabad High Court has been impressed by the generosity of the Supreme Court towards Imran Khan. It is further written that the sentence of Ladle (Imran Khan) has been suspended, not abolished. He said that if before the verdict comes, everyone knows what the verdict will be, then it should be a moment of concern for the justice system.

Shahbaz Sharif criticized the Chief Justice of Pakistan and said that a monitoring judge was appointed to ensure the punishment of Nawaz Sharif and now the Chief Justice himself has become a monitoring judge to save his favorite. Raising the issue of overturning of convictions, Shehbaz further wrote that this role of the judicial system would be written as a dark chapter in history. The scales are tilted to one side and a judicial system that dilutes justice cannot be accepted.
