The Students learned Rajyoga meditation method.

Chamoli: An intellectual session was organized on Saturday at Government Post Graduate College, Gopeshwar. NSS Cell of the college, has organised this session to develop valuable and cultural qualities in the students.

Addressing the session, the keynote speaker, international motivator Guru BK EV Girish of Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya Rajasthan said that our life is priceless and it should not be wasted in useless activities. He said that the basic basis of success, failure, achievement and fear of our life is our mind, hence the mind should always be nourished with positive energy, this will help in building strong youth, strong India and prosperous India.

On this occasion, he also taught Rajyoga meditation method to the students to increase their concentration power and experience peace of mind.
