‘Vikas Bharat Yuva Sansad’ program organized in P.G College Gopeshwa.

Chamoli: On Tuesday, in the post graduate college Gopeshwar, a speech competition was organized on the topic of “One Nation One Election” under Vikas Bharat Abhiyan by Sports and Youth Ministry, Government of India.

In the youth dialogue, the selected participants from district Chamoli and Rudraprayag said that the concept of one nation one election is in the interest of the country. On the basis of excellent performance in speech, Diksha Dimri, Nidhi, Kalpana, Krishna Kuniyal, Saloni, Tejas, Jatin Rana, Asmita Rawat, Himanshi Rawat and Saumya Bhatt have been selected for the state level.

Earlier, while inaugurating the program, the Municipality President Gopeshwar, Sandeep Rawat said that the resolution of developed India will be fulfilled only by achieving hundred percent target in every field of life.

Program President, College Principal Prof. MP Nagwal said that the youth will have to play full participation in Vikas Bharat Abhiyan.

Special guests of the program were District Coordinator NSS Jagdish Tamta, Co-coordinator Rahul Dabral Youth Officer and Senior Program Officer and Program Nodal of College NSS Dr. Rachna Tamta. Umashankar Bisht, Hari Prasad Mamagai, Shekhar Rawat and Dr. JMS Negi from Political Science played the role of jury in the program. The stage was conducted by English department in-charge DS Negi and Hindi’s Dr. Digpal Singh.
