Dream of smart city is floating on the rainy water.

Dehradun: After to spending thousands of crores to developed Uttarkhand state’s capital Dehradun as a smart city, could not be built, in a single day’s rain exposes the smart city.  The roads of smart city turned into water lake.

There is waterlogging at many places and common people have to face difficulties. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the works of Smart City are being reviewed.  These works will be expedited further.  As soon as the monsoon season starts, the situation of waterlogging is arising in different areas of Doon city, as well as the traffic is also being disrupted, due to which people are facing problems of traffic block over many places.
