Former soldiers strike program for ‘One Rank One Pension’, Subedar Shiv Singh suddenly fainted and died.

Chamoli: A strike program for One Rank One Pension of retired soldiers was organizing at district headquarter Gopeshwar, on Sunday. Subedar Shiv Singh was addressing his colleagues about struggle for One Rank One Pension, during his speech suddenly he sat down and fainted, he was rushed to the hospital by a retired soldier on his own car soon and after few moments doctors declared him dead.

In morning when they assembled over strike place at 10AM, there was everything normal and every ex service men were looking good but during the addressed Subedar Shiv Singh suddenly fell fainted and he was rushed to hospital soon, told Birendra Singh the president of distt ex services league Chamoli.
